‘Tell Us’(formerly known as the Annual General Meeting/AGM) is the most important meeting in the Students’ Union’s calendar, and is the best chance for you to steer the direction of the Union and its campaigns.
We’ve made a big change this year …following feedback from our students and have moved away from the traditional AGM structure of motions, reports, etc and moved onto a more open discussion with the aim of getting some real feedback.
The event will start at 4:30pm on Tuesday 31st January in Augustine Hall, Canterbury and the agenda will be as follows:
1. Welcome from the President
2. Tell Us Booklet discussion and vote
3. Tell Us Groups – your chance to put forward all your ideas for those little or big changes that would make a real difference to your student experience
4. Questions and Answers to the Sabbatical Officers and Union Council
You can also nominate someone for life long membership of the Students’ Union here http://ccsu.co.uk/2012/01/union-life-long-membership-nominate-now/
The whole event will be streamed live on CSR radio and we will be promoting students to tweet us with their ideas and suggestions on #tellccsu.
We will of course be providing food and drink to keep you ticking along.
