Since the Advice Centre opened on 1st Jan 2009 we have dealt with 1,111 Student Cases and 1,133 Student Enquiries to date. We have also secured First Class Honours degrees for two students who were initially awarded 2:1s, gained approx. £40,000 worth of compensation for students, helped 59.6% of healthcare students to be able to return to their programme after a Fitness to Practise case and won more appeals cases than we can count!!!

We strive to help students get the best they can out of thier University experience and if that means helping them to write an appeal or formuate a complaint then that's what we do. We have years of experience in negotiating University policy and procedure and we exist solely to support students and help them have thier voice heard.

We look forward to our next 1,000 cases and hope that we can help even more students in the future to get what they deserve.
