Even though Arnold Schwarzenegger is not starring in this sequence, Terminator Salvation is more than worth watching. The film presents the dark future of year 2018 that Kyle Reese was talking about in Terminator (1984). It tracks out the events leading to the first movie and reveals a lot of unknown facts from previous sequences.

John Conner (Christian Bail) has been the leader of the human resistance for years and although everybody is convinced in the prophecy that he will win the war against Skynet the chances for success are not very promising. The number of people on the planet is getting lower and lower because of the terminators programmed to destroy the human kind.

And then out of nowhere everything changes after the resistance headquarters find a leak in Skynet’s security system that could switch off the machines forever.

But is it really that easy? While preparing for a final fight against the army of terminators John Conner will face unpredictable events that could change the certainty in his faith as The Chosen One. He will have to find and rescue his father Kyle Reese before Skynet catches him and erase Conner’s existence. The appearance of Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington), a mysterious man with memory loss, makes the intrigue goes on till the very end.

For the Terminator fans among you who missed to watch the movie in the cinemas Terminator Salvation is a must-see. It is a high class entertainment that won’t disappoint for a second.
