Following on from the Canterbury Christ Church University switching to a ‘virtual campus’, the university last week, 26 March 2020, announced their plans for assessments and progression in light of the coronavirus pandemic. All students will have been emailed about this and details are also available on this blog.

This was followed by information regarding extenuating circumstances and how students can apply for self-certification extensions. Again more information can be found on this blog.

Christ Church Students’ Union have been contacted by a variety of students who have wanted to give their feedback on these decisions and as such we want to open this up to all students to tell us what they think.

We are in daily meetings with the university so will be able to relay this information directly and ensure students’ views are represented.

Students can either leave feedback via this form or take part in online live video open forums taking place on Tuesday 31 March at 10am (Link) and Thursday 2 April at 2pm (Link). These are taking place via Google Meets and you won’t need a login. You can use your webcam/phone camera and are able to mute/hide too.
