Now that all the freshers’ madness has gone I’ve finally got some time to update you all on what I’ve been up to!

• Master Planning - I've been involved in the development of the prison site and the 3 campuses overall. I’m really interested to hear your views on what we should do with the prison or any of the campuses. Please email me at darcy.anderson@canterbury.ac.uk with any comments you may have!
   
• Freshers’ Week - Its been two crazy weeks for us but freshers’ is finally over. We had some fantastic events and it was great to see so many students getting involved. We had 4000 students visit our freshers' fayre which is a testament to have much you all value the Students' Union, so thank you so much!
   
• Trustee Recruitment - We've finally recruited our 3 community trustees. This means we just have to wait for the Union Council (Student Trustees) to be elected, and then we will have a full board. Huzza!
   
• Priority Campaign - The leadership team has finally decided that the priority campaign for this year will be all about Housing! Keep an eye out over the next few weeks for more information on what we plan to campaign on and how to get involved.
