Welcome to C4 Pole Fitness <3
C4 Pole Fitness is a team built on encouragement, support, and the drive to help members grow in both fitness and confidence. Pole fitness is a unique mix of strength, flexibility, and creativity, and it allows you to find your own style of dance and a chance to express yourself.
As a club, we love celebrating the creative side of the sport and dance, from charity events and showcases held with our nightlife sponsor, Club Chemistry, to socials down at the Student Union, there are plenty of opportunities to perform, connect, and have fun outside of training.
We’re also proud of our competitive record, C4 Pole Fitness are 6x Varsity winners, holding a winning streak with placements in every competition we’ve entered. In recent years, two of our members have even graduated with semi-professional titles - as a team we love to get together and enter competitions each year.
Whether your goal is to perform, compete, or simply try something new, pole fitness offers a rewarding journey where you can challenge yourself, develop new skills, and build lasting confidence.
