What is your Manifesto?

I am running for Vice President because I believe this club deserves better. This season has been disappointing for everyone involved. Losing our big end-of-year Varsity game hurt, but what hurt more was a season full of missed opportunities, poor organisation, and a lack of consistency from committee. Being pulled out of the league due to low numbers is something that should never happen to a club with the passion and potential that we have. As Vice President, I will work closely with the President and the rest of committee to rebuild this club from the ground up. My focus will be on stronger communication, better organisation, and making sure every role on committee is held accountable. We need to improve recruitment and retention so we always have enough committed players to compete every week. We need to create a culture where players feel valued, motivated, and proud to represent the club. I care about this club and I want to help restore the standards we’ve lost. With hard work, accountability, and teamwork, we can bounce back stronger next season and make this club successful again.
