Vice-Captain

I am applying for the role of Vice Captain because I care about this team and its standards, culture and future. This role is not about having the title, it's about taking responsibility when it matters most, supportin the captain and helping every player perform at their best. I believe that a great team is built on accountability, consistency and trust. Accountability means setting the standard in both training and matches. I won't ask anything of teammates that I'm not willing to do myself. Consistency means showing up to every session with the right attitude. I will be there if its a big fixture and I will be there when its a cold rainy monday trainng session in the winter. Trust means being reliable both on the pitch in key moments and off the pitch as someone who teammates can turn to. If I am selected as Vice Captain I will fully commit to the role and work to create an environment where we push eachother to be better. C4 slayers has the potential to achieve more next season and I want to help drive this team forward.
