Vice-President

Hi my name is Bailey-may and i’m 18 years old and i study History!!! After 5 years Tap dancing and being a main role in the west end twice, i understand the courage it takes to perform and will build everyone to be the best jet they can be!! I am running for Vice-President because i care about this team and being with this team in general has genuinely made my first year university experience with the unity, and the energy of everyone and i would like to keep bringing this to the team for next year. Cheer to me isn’t just about the routine and competitions; it’s about the the way we represent ourselves, trust, commitment and showing up for each-other every single time which i feel being on the team for not long i have done and will carry on doing. As Vice President, my goal is to help build a strong team environment where everyone can feel supported and motivated and confident!! I want to be someone you can rely on, whether that’s organising practices or anything in general, stepping in when leadership is needed, or just simply being there to listen. i am certain i’ll succeed!!
