What is your Manifesto?

My six years of level 1,3 and 6 cheer experience has developed both the technical ability and mindset needed to positively impact this team. What sets me apart is my experience beyond cheer, including a year as a committee member for the line dancing society. As Wellbeing Officer, I gained the knowledge and practical experience to support the captain effectively -maintaining a positive environment allows the captain to deliver the most effective training. Alongside supporting the captain, I aim to focus on: 1-Prioritising clear, role-specific knowledge so everyone understands their valuable contribution, supporting a cohesive and driven team 2-Encouraging open communication, fostering an environment that celebrates development and progress 3-Maintaining approachability to continue trust and confidence in the committee If successful, my goal is to strengthen team culture alongside performance. I will collaborate with the captain and coach to ensure hard work is continued to be recognised and effort celebrated as much as results. By fostering confidence and drive, I believe we can elevate both individual and collective performance. I am committed to leading by example — showing consistency, dedication, and a positive attitude. I am ready to give my all to this role and help make this season unforgettable.
