Captain

I believe that I would be a good captain for the football team as I have a positive attitude in both training and matches. I always encourage players to do their best. I am a very committed member of the team, I have shown up to the majority of training sessions this year, no matter the weather, I also have attended all games this season. On the pitch I encourage all players and keep the morale of the team high. I believe I am a supportive and responsible member of the team and I have respect for all those involved within football. I communicate with all members of the society both players and social members and make sure everyone feels included and listened too. I would lead by example both on and off the pitch, this can be seen through my commitment this season and my positive attitude. I maintain calm under pressure whilst also encouraging others to stay motivated. I remain calm under pressure while encouraging others too. No matter the result I'll always encourage the team and never let their heads drop. I will help to bring new ideas and tactics to help develop the team further.
