Events Officer

Hiii, I am going for this role as I am really good at organising events and I am particularly excited to plan and execute the annual netball charity tournament!! I’ve already researched local companies that offer free vouchers and experiences for charitable causes that can be exciting prizes for the raffle to ensure we raise as much money as possible and have an extremely fun day! Some of these include pub, coffee shop and restaurant vouchers, as well as free tickets to the bowling alley, climbing wall and wild animal park. I also would like to plan at least one netball event that raises money for our own club fund such as a masquerade ball, karaoke or quiz nights, etc. These are particularly important because they are not only great fun and good excuses to get out and socialise but the more money we have in our club fund means the nicer varsity presents and the more fun activities we all get throughout the year! I really hope you consider me as your events officer as I genuinely enjoy organising things like this and would love the opportunity to make our club even more fun and exciting for everyone!
