Hey everyone, I’m running for Wellbeing because I want to be the person in this club that everyone knows they can rely on, the “netball mum” who’s always there to look after you. With six teams this year, wellbeing is more important than ever. There are so many lovely people to support, and I feel that my two active years in the club, along with my committee and varsity experience, have prepared me to take on that responsibility. I want to create an environment where everyone feels cared for, whether that’s through more regular sober socials, helping injured players stay involved, and I'm prepared and experienced to be that person who makes sure you get home safely. Freshers deserve and especially need to feel welcomed from day one and that's why it’s so important we aren’t just welcoming them on a Wednesday social, but in more relaxed environments as well. Most importantly, in my last year at uni I would love to be given the chance to make sure everyone feels heard. At the end of the day, everyone deserves someone in their corner and I promise to be that person for you. Albatross hugs for days. #vote4me #scarlettbahnsen #mummybahn
