Captain

I’d like to be considered for line dancing captain because I genuinely care about the team and what we’re building together. Being captain this past year gave me the chance to support others, help organise practices, and create a positive, encouraging environment where everyone could improve and enjoy themselves. Since then, I’ve continued to develop my own skills, I’m line dancing in America again this year so I hope to bring back new dances. I believe I bring a calm, steady presence to the role, helping everyone feel confident, especially during busy or high-pressure moments. I enjoy supporting others’ progress and celebrating small wins, and I’d aim to keep building a team culture where people feel motivated, comfortable, and proud to be part of it. I understand how the team works, but I’m also open to new ideas and collaboration. Whether returning or not, my goal is the same: to contribute to a supportive, motivated team that enjoys dancing and keeps improving together.
