What is your Manifesto?

My aim as PGRA Co-Chair is to strengthen a community where every postgraduate researcher feels supported, connected, and valued. Over the past year, I’ve worked to create spaces where researchers can share their work, build confidence, and find genuine belonging. I want to continue that momentum. If elected, I will focus on three priorities: Community and wellbeing — expanding inclusive events and peer‑support spaces that help researchers feel less isolated and more connected. Researcher voice — ensuring PGRs are heard in university discussions and that communication and support systems are clearer and more responsive. Opportunities and visibility — growing our academic events, collaborations, and platforms so every researcher has chances to present, publish, and thrive. I will lead with empathy, transparency, and teamwork. Together, we can continue building a PGRA that lifts every researcher up.
