Captain

I believe that I would be an amazing captain for futsal because I am a hard working individual, who maintains a positive attitude, even when things get challenging. I am a supportive individual who always cheers on her teammates. As a captain it important to be able to uplift and encourage all players. This is an essential skill because it helps maintain a positive, fun environment within the team. Also, I am a team player who believes that great things are achieved when people work together. I communicate clearly and effectively, this is an essential skills for a captain to have. Another attribute that I have is good sportsmanship. It’s important for the captains to be a positive role model for other team members. I demonstrate sportsmanship by respecting all players and referees on and off the pitch. I have attended majority of the training sessions and all of the games. If I become captain I would like to create a supportive, safe, fun environment for everyone no matter their futsal experience. I want to create a space where everyone can play futsal without fear of judgement. I would like to share my passion for futsal with others.
