The Union Societies Executive Committee's main objective is to be a voice for all students within the Students' Union societies. It will create a platform for effective communication between the students, the Union, and the University.
The Committee will be the main working group behind some society campaigns and events such as the Society Awards. The Committee will be run by students, for students, enabled by the whole Student Leadership Team - the SU President, President (Academic Life), and the President (Student Life).
Goals
- Help to plan and host Society Awards 2026/27
- Help to bring back Society Takeovers and other student-led events
- Create connections across the CCSU society community
How to apply
- You must be a committee member in a current society to apply. Please fill out the form in as much detail as possible!
- USEC 2026/27 applications will be open until September 1st
