You'll be working within a small team. It's a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to pursue a career in HR to get experience with a well respected charity.

You'll be working within a small team. It's a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to pursue a career in HR to get experience with a well respected charity. You will be involved with:

• keeping up-to-date staff records (including sickness absence, annual leave, individual staff files and training records)
• helping to arrange training for our staff (including booking trainers, rooms, refreshments, and updating training records)
• making sure new workers have the necessary documentation
• other administrative tasks (photocopying, scanning documents, filing, etc).

Your volunteering hours will depend on the amount of time you are able to give. Some flexibility may be required - volunteering hours might differ (although we will try to keep this to minimum).

What we need from you

• A passion for helping others
• Flexibility with the time you can give
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and similar admin software
• The ability to attend training sessions
• Two references with be required
