Volunteering

School holidays can be a difficult time for families, especially if your child is disabled. If they look or behave differently it can add pressure to going into the community. Our days out are designed to go as part of a group, with SNAAP staff and volunteers to help where needed. 

That might be an extra pair of hands at the beach and or pool, to supervise play whilst parents chat to each other, or just offer support to families wherever needed. 

This is such a valuable role which makes a huge difference to families, often being the only reason they attend.
