KSAF (Kent Safeguarding & Attendance Forum CIC) is looking for a volunteer to support the coordination of our membership community, including schools, professionals, volunteers, and partners who engage with our work. This role is ideal for students interested in administration, communications, community development, education, or organisational management.

You will help maintain accurate membership records, support communication with members, and contribute to building a positive, connected community around KSAF’s mission.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and update the membership database
  • Support communication with member schools, volunteers, and professionals
  • Help onboard new members by sending welcome information
  • Prepare simple updates or summaries for the membership network
  • Support the organisation of online meetings or member check-ins
  • Assist with collecting feedback to help improve the member experience
