Blog Writing with the Academy for Sustainable Futures

This role allows volunteers to develop their research and writing skills in order to create blog posts for the Academy for Sustainable Future's CCCU blog. The work will be on various topics of sustainability that are interesting to the volunteer - and occasionally requested by the Academy - and spread awareness of those issues with the staff and students of CCCU.

 

This opportunity allows you to log volunteering hours as you get involved with sustainability at Christ Church.

Would you like to improve your writing skills? Learn more about sustainability in all its facets in the process? The Academy for Sustainable Futures would like your help writing blogs! On topics of bees and wellbeing to COP29 and fossil fuels, whatever sustainability issues interests you! 

A blog writing guideline will be provided to keep in tone with CCCU and ASF communications, and all works are run through TurnItIn to ensure originality.

There is no formal application process, but upon applying, you will be requested to provide an example blog post before acceptance to ensure quality, original work will appear on the blog.
