KSAF (Kent Safeguarding & Attendance Forum CIC) is looking for an organised and reliable volunteer to support administration, scheduling, and communication across our Family Outreach and Training teams. This role is ideal for students interested in administration, education, safeguarding, health and wellbeing, or project coordination, and offers excellent experience for CVs and future employment.

You will help keep our work running smoothly by supporting inbox organisation, scheduling meetings, updating records, and preparing simple documents used in outreach and training.

What you’ll do:

  • Organise shared inboxes and respond to basic enquiries
  • Schedule meetings, supervision sessions, and CPD events
  • Maintain accurate volunteer and partner contact lists
  • Update internal records and documents
  • Prepare simple digital materials such as attendee lists or forms
  • Support project coordination for the Family Outreach Programme

These tasks are essential to KSAF’s operations, especially as the organisation grows and launches new services.
