Need Support? We’re Here to Help

We understand that sometimes things happen within your club or society where you might need a little extra help. Whether it’s personal wellbeing, group dynamics, or something else, we’re here to support you.

Concern and Complaint Form

This is your space to inform us on behaviours, concerns or attitudes that concern a sports club, societies or an individual member of a club. We recognise that raising a concern can feel difficult, particularly where there are power dynamics, discrimination, harassment, bullying, or concerns about how you or others may be treated as a result of speaking up.

You do not need to know whether something is formally a “complaint” before submitting this form. If something has happened that you feel is inappropriate, unsafe, discriminatory, harmful, or inconsistent with the values of Christ Church Students’ Union, you can tell us about it.

We will listen without making assumptions, treat people fairly, and consider appropriate support and next steps.

This form is managed by the Opportunities & Events Manager and Deputy CEO
