All club and society presidents receive a dedicated @ccsu.co.uk email address, but you’ll need to complete your GDPR training [link to GDPR webpage] before gaining access.
Once you're eligible, your username and temporary password will be sent to your University email address.
How to Access Your Account:
- Visit gmail.com
- Log in using the provided CCSU credentials
- On your first login, you’ll be prompted to set a new password
- You may be asked to confirm security settings. Please choose "confirm your recovery email" and enter groups@ccsu.co.uk
- After logging in, you can update your recovery details
Why This Email Matters:
This is your official contact email for all club or society matters. Important updates, including finance approvals, will be sent here, so please check it regularly.
