Why we gather your data
Data is gathered by the Canterbury Christ Chuch University and some of this is shared with Christ Church Students' Union according to the annual Data Transfer Agreement. This is to comply with the 1994 Education Act regarding students' union's and to enable the efficient operation of Christ Church Students' Union. Only 'non-senitive personal data' is transferred.
How do we use your data
The data transferred from the University is used to provide representative, recreational, social and advice services to Canterbury Christ Church University students. Data collected on via surveys and forms will include a statement of the purpose of data collection and how it will be used.

How is my data stored and processed?
Your data is stored and processed in a secure University drive, and / or within our secure Google Apps domain in the cloud, and / or within the secure servers of our CRM provider, Membership Solutions Limited. All of the above comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act (1998) as well as the General Data Protection Regulations (2018).
How long is my data kept for?
