AGM / AMM Minutes

The Students' Union holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to formally approve accounts, detailed financial statements and the independent audit findings.  The AGM for the formal Directors of the Union, who are all trustees and the Chief Executive Officer.

The Students' Union also holds an Annual Members' Meeting (AMM), which considers the above information but does not have to approve them formally.  Instead, more time is devoted to students holding full-time and part-time elected officers to account.

Financial Statements

The Students' Union, as a charity and company, is independently audited and produces annaul accounts with formal commentary by the trustees.  These are approved by both the Students' Union and the University, as required by law.
