Join the wonderful Stressless team for an afternoon of Mindful Journaling!

 

Mindful Journaling is an opportunity for students to make their own journal, with various activities to decorate the cover and paste in QR codes that link to the writing exercises on the Learning Skills Hub, which people are obviously welcome to do in their new journals.
