All presidents of clubs and societies get a dedicated official @ccsu.co.uk email address but have to complete their GDPR training to get access.
The username and temporary password will be sent to the elected president's university email address.
The emails are hosted on Gmail, so simply go to https://gmail.com/ and use those details to login. Upon your first login you will be asked to choose a new more memorable password.
It's important to regularly check this email as it's where official correspondence regarding your student group will go including finance requests needing approval.
When you first login you may be asked to confirm security questions. Please choose the recovery option 'confirm your recovery email' and put in the email groups@ccsu.co.uk. Once logged in, you can put in your own recovery details.
