Sponsorship is a fantastic way to fund your club or society. We have created a handy guide to make sure you are fully informed and supported throughout this process. We are also always here to answer any questions you may have

A simple version of the steps you need to take are below:

Below are 8 easy steps to make sure your sponsorship is signed off and you are protected 

1. Speak to Alex about your sponsor's credentials

2. You will receive a sponsorship contract template and form to complete

3. Fill in the contract with the sponsor's details

4. Return the contract & form via the link provided

5. Wait for su sign off (this may take a couple of weeks)

6. You will receive an email to say if the contract is approved

7. We will request the money on your behalf but may require your help

8. We will notify you when the payment is received & in your account
