Societies on campus 

Christ Church students have a range of options to choose from when it comes to societies and socialising on campus. 

The Paramedics Society is currently based on the Medway campus. 

If you were hoping to join a society that doesn’t currently work closely with Medway students, don’t worry! All our societies are keen to have members from a range of backgrounds, programs and campuses too! Send them an email and see what they can do. You can also CC in medway@ccsu.co.uk so that our Medway Coordinator can support them to expand at Medway if they need it.  

All our students can also access Medway based societies and clubs run by the home unions from the other two universities. Check out the SU partners at Medway page for more info!

Sport on campus 

All our sports clubs at Christ Church are based at Canterbury. However, students from Medway are welcome to join! Email the sports club directly to find out more about the clubs.

If you want something closer to home, you can also join sports teams run by the other SUs at Medway. Take a look at our SU Partners page for more info! 

We know that our Medway students have less access to sport than our Canterbury campus students do. This is due to a mixture of factors like facilities, student demand and population. But we also really value the importance of active lifestyles for our students, and ourselves! We’re actively looking to expand the sport and active provision we have on our Medway campus.
