Football (Womens)

Looking to join a team and maybe try something new this year? We are looking for new players to join our enthusiastic and friendly team in September! Women's football is a rapidly growing sport at Canterbury Christ Church. We are looking for players of all abilities to fill both our 1st and 2nd teams! We play in weekly home and away matches including cup games which are within the BUCS University League. We also participate in a yearly Varsity tournament against our local rivals, University of Kent.

Joining a sports team will hands down improve your university experience, whether that would be joining women's football or another team, we encourage you to do so! Whether you want to play and be part of the competitive league, just train with us or just join us on social we would love to have you! We are a tight knit group of girls who do everything together, so if you're looking to make friends for life and be part of a family women's football is for you.

Our new committee consists of our Presidents - Chloe Griggs and Sally Pike. 1st Team Captain - Chloe Gilligan. 1st Team Vice- Megan Butler. Social secs- Natasha Vigus and Ciara Lynch. Well-being Officer- Lisa Davidson. Treasurer- Annie Green.
