Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is an ever-growing team, in where we strive to be an inclusive team that offers a fun welcoming atmosphere. We currently hold four separate lessons a week, taught by a local professional pole fitness instructor. Within these classes basic skills are taught and built upon, with each individual levels being considered and adapted to.

We hold weekly team socials, to bring our members closer together and create a strong team bond. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming team, where members feel like they have an environment they can lean on for support. Every year e attend sports federation dinner as a team, which is great fun and a chance to look over all the sports teams acomplishments that year and celebrate one another.

Each year we hold termly charity events, for various charities that are important to us as a team. This is decided together at the beginning of the academic year. 

In this recent year we have introduced competing in competition with February 2018, being our first competition to take part in.
