Campaign Purpose
University life can be overwhelming, and for many students, burnout is a very real challenge. Balancing academic pressures with part-time jobs, or being part of sports teams or societies, and trying to maintain personal positive wellbeing can feel like a constant juggling act.
Molly’s campaign is here to change that (or at least ease some of the stress!). We aim to support students in navigating the demands of university life by offering a wide range of events and initiatives that focus on positive well-being, and building a sense of community. We understand how difficult it can be to find the right balance, so we’re providing opportunities to help you manage university stress, improve your mental health, and take care of your body and mind – all while fostering connections with others who may be facing the same struggles.
Through these events, we want to encourage a holistic and balanced approach to student life, where wellbeing is prioritised just as much as academic success. Whether you're looking for practical tips on stress management, or simply a space to unwind in our SU building and connect with others, Molly’s campaign is here to support you every step of the way.
