Voting opens in 2 days!
All the nominations are in, campus is covered in bed sheets, the parody videos are all over Facebook - now it’s your chance to vote for who you want to lead the Students’ Union next year. See who the candidates are and vote from Thursday. Look out for union staff who will be dotted around all three campuses throughout voting giving away free hot chocolate!

Student Activities Awards Nominations Announced!
Student Activity Awards nominations have closed and we’re deciding on the winners! See who has been nominated here and support your society and friends.
Tickets are still available for just £5 - this includes a hot buffet, drinks reception and performances from societies. Don’t forget this is open to all students, not just society members . Tickets are available until Friday 4 March
It’s also your last chance to get tickets for the Sports Federation Dinner. Celebrate a year of awesome sport. Get your tickets by 4 March and don’t miss out.
Varsity’s over for another year
We may not have won varsity but our teams played some truly excellent sport over the past two weeks - in particular Women’s Rugby, Men’s Cricket and Trampolining. See all the results on the Varsity website.
Put your #HeadsTogether and talk about mental health
Although university can be awesome, it can also be challenging and sometimes stressful. It is important that we look after our own mental health and support our friends who may sometimes struggle. March 3 is Student Mental Health Awareness Day and there are loads of ways you can get support here at Christ Church.
Improving local transport
Over 400 of you filled out the Travel Survey so that we can improve local transport around your town and campus, so we wanted to say THANK YOU!
As a reward for filling out the survey, we selected 1 student who won £100 cash, and two runners up who won £25. Congratulations to Francisca Isikwei, Jasmin Turner and Charlelie Matu!

Summer Ball Housemate Special returns!
The Housemate Special is back - get 6 tickets for the price of 5, that’s just £35 per ticket! Tickets are on sale now for the Summer Ball, the biggest party of the year. Look out for a sneak peak of acts coming soon.
Fancy winning an ipad?
This is your chance to tell the Uni about your experience at Canterbury Christ Church University. The results will help the University decide what changes need to be made to improve the student experience both in general and for your course.
And if that is not reason enough to fill in the survey everyone who completes it gets £5 print credit andentry into a free prize draw – there are twenty prizes of £50 and an iPad to be won! Take part now.
