Welcome to Christ Church Students’ Union! We hope you’re all unpacked and are settling into life at university.
Did you know that as a student here at Christ Church you are automatically a member of the Students’ Union and are entitled to all the services we offer? Not only does this mean sports clubs and societies, but also volunteering, a dedicated advice centre and student representation on a local and national level.
YOUR SABBS
The Students’ Union is led by four sabbatical officers: David Hannaway - Union President, Phil Semmens - President (Education & Wellbeing), Nick Beard - President (Student Activities) and Biba Chuta - President (Sports). Watch this video and they’ll tell you more about their role and the Union

We have loads of events planned for you over Freshers’ Week at all three campuses so click here to see the events planner.
Each campus will have a Freshers’ Fayre where you can sign up to sports clubs and societies, get involved in volunteering and student representation - plus loads of freebies!

ELECTIONS
As well as the sabbs, you have Union Council. Made up of 22 elected students, they represent every aspect of your student life. Now we want you to use your voice and fill the remaining 11 places so that you are represented in the best way possible.
Nominations open at midday on Wednesday 21st and if you want to find out more, Union Council will be at Freshers’ Fayre.
Voting is open 10-12 October at http://ccsu.co.uk/elections and all you need to do is login with your University login details and vote.
