Summer Ball is just one week away so we wanted to send you a quick message with a few pointers. If you bought tickets for friends then please pass this onto them too.
1. Collect your ticket if you haven't done so yet. They will be on the door but please make the effort to avoid queues etc.
2. The Ball opens at 8pm and we have acts on from the very beginning so arrive for then. Last entry is 10pm.
3. The ball is taking place at the former Canterbury Prison and entry is via the Prison entrance on Longport (Next to Old Sessions House).
4. Get your cash out beforehand. There will be no cashpoint at the Ball but bars will take both cards (although without cashback) and cash.
5. Bring your ticket. No ticket, no entry.
6. This is an over 18 event so bring Proof of Age Photo ID and your Student ID (if applicable.)
7. We also have a free drinks reception 8-9pm* with the Jersey Rollers providing the entertainment. *One free selected drink per person whilst stocks last.
8. There is no re-entry to the Ball so please bring everything you need with you. There is a cloakroom for coats/spare shoes! Please don’t bring large bags and note that bags will be searched on entry.
9. Have a great time!
If you have friends that haven't got tickets yet then tell them to buy them quick as they go off online sale at 10am Friday. You can still buy them on the day but only with £40 cash from Canterbury SU reception until 4pm or on the door.
