How does my Society earn money?
Each society member that uses Billing Better to set up their student home's bills will earn a referral sponsorship from Billing Better. Only one housemate from the house will earn this referral, not all housemates, so make sure the housemate who uses Billing Better is from your society!
The referral sponsorship is then sent from Billing Better to the Student's Union who will then pass 100% of the money to your society.
How much money can my Society earn?
Your society will earn £25 per referral sponsorship from Billing Better. Your society will also be given £50 bonuses per five student homes who use Billing Better's service- so if your team members use Billing Better for five student homes you will earn £175 in sponsorship.
You'll be asked which society you are involved with in our online form. There is no limit as to how much sponsorship your team can earn and you can also recommend friends and fellow students to use Billing Better even if they are not in your society- they will need to tell Billing Better that your team has referred them in our online form.
