You are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday 2nd February 2015 at 5pm in LG16 (Canterbury).
What is the AGM?
The Students' Union Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the forum where students debate and determine the direction of the organisation. As the Students’ Union is directed by you, our student members, we use the AGM to adopt a collective stance on an issue and decide what action we will take.
Any student can attend, and any student can submit a motion for discussion. Please email silvia.rasca@canterbury.ac.uk with your proposed motion. This is also the chance to hear and discuss reports from Trustees, Union Council, and the Full-Time officers.
Where is it?
The AGM is taking place in room LG16, in the Laud building on the North Holmes Road Campus, Canterbury.
Why should I go?
As well as your chance to debate the direction of the SU, we're also offering FREE PIZZA! You can simply turn up but to get a better idea of numbers please fill this form in if you are definitely coming along.
