My tenure as President (Engagement and Sports) has come to an end...
Throughout my time, working with Christ Church Students' Union, we have faced many challenges; from the recovery of a global pandemic, the cost of living crisis, and the ever changing landscape of higher education. But through it all, we, as a community, have managed to go from strength to strength!
A few of my highlights include:
- The opening of the MUGA
- A full sporting rebrand
- The start of the Big Wednesday series
- Hosting the Sports Federation Awards
- Giving speeches at numerous Graduation ceremonies
- The Tell Your Story campaign
and so much more!
There have been so many amazing times, but ultimately, I am so proud of the resilience, determination, and enthusiasm of our wonderful students! No matter what is thrown their way, they power on to success!
I would also like to say, a massive thank you to all of the staff at the Students' Union for their support, guidance and love. Your passion for student experience will always be inspiring, and I'm so excited to see what you have in store for the future!
To the student body, the Students' Union, and the University; I wish you all the very best of success for the future!
