SalSoc

SalSoc is a society for students at the Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology based in Tunbridge Wells. It was established to connect Salomons’ diverse student population including those enrolled on the Clinical Psychology doctoral programme, completing PhDs, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy programmes, and other postgraduate courses.

SalSoc runs a calendar of social events for all members, provides a platform for discussing and campaigning for improvements to student life, and supports members to connect with the local community and strengthen their academic and professional links.

SalSoc works closely with PsySoc, the Psychology Society at Canterbury Christ Church University, to improve the accessibility and quality of personal and professional development opportunities for all psychology students.
