First Aid Society

Do you want to learn first aid and have the opportunity to become a first aid volunteer with St John Ambulance (SJA)? Do you want to learn the skills to help save a person’s life? Then come and join the First Aid Society.

We meet every Monday at 6 pm to learn about different aspects of first aid, from CPR to asthma. You have the opportunity to become not only a member of the First Aid Society at Christ Church but join St John Ambulance as a volunteer. As a volunteer, you will be able to go out and put your first aid skills into action on events in Canterbury, in Kent, or even in London.

We welcome anyone and everyone regardless of your skill level from being a total beginner to being really advanced. We will give you all of the skills and knowledge you need to be amazing first aiders. If you join SJA, alongside going on events you will have the opportunity to develop your skills not only in first aid but in training, assessing, and managing events.

Everybody is welcome!!!
